.New Delhi: Speaking at the 47th annual general meeting of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries, claimed that the empire produced 1.7 lakh new work in 2014. The remarks followed a recent record of Reliance cutting off 11 per-cent of its own workforce in FY24, which is around 42,000 staff members. Ambani stated that the business has adopted brand-new incentive-based job styles along with typical direct tasks. "Instead of only the typical direct job model, Dependence is accepting newer incentive-based models. This aids the employees get better as well as instils the character of enterprise in all of them.
